(See promotional video below)
• 4 DVDs containing over eleven hours of instruction.
(Which is much better than eleven DVDs containing four hours of instruction!)
• Each DVD contains six lectures each of around thirty minutes each.
(I can't think of anything funny to say about this. Sorry.)
• Perfect for small group Bible studies or a Sunday school program.
(Large groups, though, may become restive and snort from time-to-time.)
• A free downloadable syllabus for note-taking is available on this website. It may be copied for students.
(In fact, it can be copied for aluminum storm door salesmen who refuse to participate.)
Revelation is a difficult book that has confounded the best minds of the church and been abused by the most naive populists throughout Christian history. It is so difficult that even John himself was perplexed, as we see in Revelation 17:6-7.
In Revelation we meet bizarre creatures such as fire-breathing horses with locust tails, a seven-headed beast, a woman standing on the moon, and more. What does al of it mean? How can we understand Revelation’s dramatic narrative? When did John expect these things to transpire?
In these twenty-four careful, down-to-earth lectures is provided a basic introduction to and survey of the entire Book of Revelation. The viewer will receive important interpretive tools for understanding the dramatic flow and bewildering imagery of Revelation. And with those tools in hand we will work our way through the book from beginning to end — in short, clear, insightful, and compeling lectures.

Responses
"My wife and I enjoyed this series and now can read Revelation with greater clarity and understanding. The introduction itself is well worth the cost. For those who have been exposed to Revelation taught from a Dispensational framework like me - a picky choosy of verses fitting in that view - this is an eye opener!" (E.C.)
"I highly recommend this series, which I own also." (Jay Culotta)
"Very clear summary of the essentials." (David H.)
"Thank you so much for the revelation DVD. Teaching series Our little church finished that up recently and have been tremendously blessed by it." (David M.)

My husband and I really appreciate all your studies of the Bible. We have come to understand the book of Revelation since watching your Survey of the book on DVD’s. It really brought everything together for us.

I am excited, for the first time, to be reading and understanding Revelation in
light of history and cross-referencing the Bible itself. I was surprised and
happy to find that, after my own personal study, my findings were reiterated by
your study. Thank you for sharing your work, I very much appreciate the level of
background research you have put into this study and look forward to following
you in the future.

I just finished watching the 24th lecture of Revelation. Loved the whole thing! I have studied Revelation many times from many viewpoints and always believed the whole book was one big mystery. Every viewpoint I read left lots of unexplained questions. Your books and lectures have really allowed the Scriptures to interpret themselves and now the whole thing "fits" in my mind. It really is a Revelation after all. Thank you SO much!

My husband and I just finished viewing and studying Dr. Gentry's new DVD study “Survey of the Book of Revelation (24 lessons). We thank God for his labor of love for our Lord and his study of His Word.
I was first introduced to the post-mil view through a book by Dr. Mathison called "Post-Millenialism: An Eschatology of Hope." From there, I learned of Dr. Gentry's books, works, and study of eschatology. God’s Word was opened to me and I shared these “things” (giving his book "Revelation Made Easy") with my husband and then with other brothers and sisters in Christ ... that is those who would listen and hear. We continue in our study and are so very thankful for Gentry's work and lectures and resources.

I have been following Dr Gentry's work for a few yrs and it has opened my eye to the preteristic view on escatology. It now makes a whole lot of sense. This latest installment by Ken Gentry in video form is easy to follow and well laid out even for part time, amateur theologians like myself.

I am a big fan of your work on eschatology and your audio lectures on the Book of Revelation is the best take on Revelation I have ever heard or read (easily beats Chilton's work). I look forward to your massive commentary on revelation!

I would just like to compliment you on your latest dvd 'Survey of the Book of Revelation', which arrived here a couple weeks ago. Now, if only my dispensational friends would sit down and watch it with me -lol.

I saw your DVD on Revelation and found it supremely informative and quite riveting. I've personally set my sights on Creation most of the time and never really gave as much thought as I should have to Revelation, just kind of accepting the ultimately hopeless dispensational view. The whole idea of postmillennialism is something that I had never been introduced to and is now something I seek to understand more completely. Thanks for explaining things so plainly and succinctly. I hope to snatch up as many of your books as possible in the future!

I recently purchased your DVD on Revelation and thoroughly enjoyed it. I am looking forward to your commentary on Revelation. Thank you so much for your effort; I also came out of a dispensational, pre-millennial background after reading Charles Ryrie’s Dispensationalism Today and reading the Old Testament prophets back in the mid-60’s while at a Bible Institute. I knew the pre-millennial teaching would not have made sense to first century Christians, but I did not understand how to interpret Revelation. I began to see the alternative after viewing the DVD series on Dispensationalism, and your new DVD on Revelation has really clarified things.
